So I know sometimes we think these little blogs and channels are really one man bands. Not that case for the team here at Lego Rebels. This is a multi-person effort, and I am excited to introduce us to you!
Brick Master Robeyone
Legos have always had a very special place in my heart. My love affair for the little brick has been around since I got my first Lego set, 6890 Cosmic Cruiser, in 1982. Since then I have played in the world of Castle, City, Technic, Futron, Blacktron, Robin Hood and Pirate throughout my childhood. Now, even as an adult, I still collect sets. Just ask my wife, secretly I think she wishes I didn't!.
My passion for Lego was reignited when Lego and Star Wars got together and made the penultimate love child with the Ultimate Collectors Edition sets. Now I want to share this passion for Lego with you, our readers/viewers, and my children (who are on the staff too!). This blog and YouTube channel are my way of interacting with the amazing and creative community that is Lego.
Brick Master Gaiden
Legos have always been one of the best ‘imagination’ toys for me. I played with Legos throughout my childhood, and admit that I continued to play with them into High School. Lego Fire Fighter set 775 was my first and only Lego predefined set, and I still found ways to turn it into a space ship, monstrous boat, and other wacky ideas that peaked my imagination. Throughout all of my experimentation, I always strived for functionality with my Lego creations, and longed for implementations greater than static objects.
Now I am getting back into Legos, and the Technic line tugs at my functional goals with the creations I build. I will build anything that I find interesting, as I want to understand how it goes together and leverage ideas for my own future creations. Technic products tend to be at the top of that list, and building working vehicles utilizing gear ratios, power engines, pneumatics, and IR remote controls, certainly start my imagination wheels turning with ideas on what I could build beyond the defined sets.
Brick Padawan Madeline
Hi! My name is Madeline, and I am 8 years old. I heard about Lego's when I was younger so I wanted to try a set out. When I built my first set I really liked it and have been hooked every sense. My favorite Legos are the Lego Friends series. I love the show and the show tells me about what sets you can build. When I am not building Lego's I am doing martial arts, gymnastics, reading and spending time with my family.
Brick Padawan Maxwell
Hi! My name is Maxwell and I am 9 years old. I have been building Legos since I was 4. I think Legos are just awesome and my favorite Lego set right now is Wall-E. I like the idea of Lego dimensions and the big variety of Legos available to build. When I am not building Lego's I am hanging out playing Minecraft, chillin' with my family, or playing outside.
Brick Padawan Aaron
Hello I am the littlest Padawan Aaron. I like Legos because you can build anything you want out of them. My favorite Lego sets are the trains and the airplanes. I love the Lego trains because I love trains and the Lego trains look cool. When I am not building Lego's I am doing martial arts, playing Anki Overdrive, playing with my sister and hanging out with my family.
