Now, which build should I build second?

This weekend is an important weekend. The staff here at The Brick Rebels is embarking on a new adventure to help share our love of Legos with you!


Guess what, it was no small task.
When Kevin and I discussed starting this endeavor (actually, I think I simply told Kevin I was going to do this, and he was going to be a part of it), neither of us really knew what it would entail. Fast forward two GoPros, a light studio, a photography turntable, and muslin (yes - it's a thing), and we are approaching what was to be our reality.

However, before we go to far, I wanted to say thank you to a few people.

• Shaun LaBrie - intro video, avatars, and logo design.
• Jay Windland - input on video recording setups, equipment, and know-how.
• Mrs. Robey - for letting me scatter Legos and equipment all over our house.

With that behind us, now comes the hard part. Which amazing Lego set am I building first? 

Let me introduce to you... Lego Set 75033!

Lego Set 75033 and it's 97 pieces will be the debut Lego set for Brick Rebels. What is more fitting than an Epic Star Destroyer in 97 pieces! 

Sure, it's not Lego Set 75827 (Don't worry, we have it and it's coming!). I know it's not that grandest start. It is, however, a small set which is quick to build allowing us to ensure that everything is going to work quickly. I mean, how painful would that be to do a big build and find out afterwards the video is going to end up terrible. 

Okay, with that explained we can move to the main point of business. What Lego set should I build second?  It's important because this Lego set will be the first real set for the channel. So why not include you guys in the decision?  Nice of us don't you think. 

So with no further delay the candidates are, in no particular order:
   

First Order Special Forces Tie Fighter set 75101

                                         Poe's X-Wing Fighter, set 75102

Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle set 75104

                                           Ghostbusters Ecto-1 set 21108

How, you ask?  Tell me in the comments below. Who knows your comment might be the one that determines the set I build.  But do it quick, I start building and filming on Saturday!  Don't worry, we will do them all, so even if yours isn't first it will be up on the site in haste.
